
Mikael works as a senior consultant in the HR field and has extensive experience in various roles as a consultant in projects for both procurement and implementation of HR systems, with knowledge in, among other things, requirements specification, system integration, test and project management.
Mikael has, as a project manager, delivered several HR system implementations and has extensive experience in leading similar projects in complex environments and international organisations. Previously, he has worked in line roles in large complex organisations and has experience both as a user, system owner, and responsible for the implementation and further development of HR systems in similar environments.
Educated in IT Management, Leadership and Project Management, and certified PMP Project Manager.
