Bengt-Göran specialises in finance and operational management issues as well as project management within IT, but business development is also among the completed tasks. Bengt-Göran has previously also worked on the system supplier side and participated operationally in the implementation of finance and business systems in a variety of projects. Before Bengt-Göran chose the consultancy path, he was employed within a Swedish engineering group in various positions within the finance area and has, among other things, served for a period in a subsidiary in Germany.
As a business consultant, Bengt-Göran has many years of experience in both the private and public sectors in project management, finance, business management, and IT/IS issues. Bengt-Göran is, in the project manager role, experienced in handling large project organisations in complex environments. Bengt-Göran has participated in a large number of projects, mainly in the following areas;
