
Fredric has extensive experience leading large and complex projects with many stakeholders, where confidence in project management and a strong grounding in change management methodology ensures progress even when the issues are difficult. One of Fredric's strengths is that he can quickly familiarise himself with new issues and, together with a structured and engaging approach, create opportunities for real change in an organisation.
Fredric has over 15 years of experience as a management consultant and in line roles involving business and organisational development through digitalisation, where project and change management in system implementation projects has been consistent. He has acted in many roles such as project manager, requirements analyst, and business developer. Fredric has experience from both the public and private sectors, but in recent years has built up extensive experience within the municipal sector.
Master of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on external accounting and business analysis from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Fredric has further training in project management, change management and purchasing.
