Henrik’s expertise lies in ERP, business transformation, and digital transformation. He helps clients assess their current situation and needs, define strategies and target operating models, and carry out pre-studies, procurements, and implementations of finance and ERP systems. He also supports clients with process mapping and improvement, IT governance, and IT due diligence. Henrik works with both private and public sector organisations, combining business, finance, and technology perspectives to create sustainable solutions and tangible improvements.
Henrik has worked with ERP-related matters since the late 1990s. He began his career with procurements of BI and CRM systems and an SAP implementation at Coca-Cola Drycker Sverige AB. He later worked as a management consultant at KPMG, focusing on the procurement and implementation of finance and ERP systems, IT strategies, IT process improvement, and IT due diligence. Henrik has also led KPMG’s IT management consulting team and served on the management team for Management Consulting in Sweden. His experience spans both the private and public sectors, including municipalities, government agencies, energy, telecommunications, construction, consulting, insurance, and retail.
Henrik has a degree in Business and Economics and Computer Engineering.
