Marie has over 15 years of experience in the HR field and has held roles such as HR Manager, Personnel & Payroll Administration Manager, and HR Specialist. She has also been project manager for countless system implementations in HR & Payroll and has been responsible for establishment projects within outsourcing. Change management, process mapping and process development in HR & Payroll are areas Marie has worked extensively with.
Before Marie started at HerbertNathan & Co in January 2020, she has worked in many different industries and cultures, from medium-sized to large companies. With an interest in both technology and people, Marie has successfully driven digitalisation projects and establishment projects within outsourcing. She has experience of feasibility studies, needs analysis, requirements specification, procurement, delivery model and implementation of HR & payroll systems. Additionally, she has worked extensively with change management and leadership development before and during system implementations.
Marie has a bachelor's degree from Malmö University in Work Science as well as a postgraduate education at master's level in ERP from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
