Mats Sandequist has about 30 years of experience in business systems and streamlining business processes. Mats works on assignments related to strategies, procurement, and implementations of business systems.
Mats has extensive experience as a consultant but also from leadership positions in line organisations. Before Mats started at HerbertNathan & Co, he worked for a total of 13 years in various roles at Stena Line and Stena Rederi, mainly with business development and IT support in the areas of Finance, HR and Business Intelligence. Prior to that, Mats worked as a project manager at Volvo IT and as a management consultant at KPMG, as well as a project manager and client manager at several different suppliers of business systems. Mats has also previously worked as an economist and controller at AscomTateco.
Master of Science in Business and Economics at Örebro University. Mats also has education and certifications in, for example, project management, psychology, leadership and change management, as well as ITIL foundation.
