
Mikael has a background as a finance and HR manager for 15 years before he transitioned to the consultancy industry in the late 1990s. In addition to working as a management consultant, Mikael worked with and ran a number of so-called "start ups" in the early 2000s where he acted as CEO, country manager, controller, and more. Mikael combines extensive experience in business-related issues with very solid knowledge and experience of consulting methods and tools, as well as experience in how effective system support is designed. He has great methodological expertise and deep competence in business development.
Mikael has over 20 years of experience in IT, Process Solutions and Business Systems from different perspectives. Such as requirements specification during his time as a line manager, as a business system salesperson at international consulting firms and as a project and change manager in the design and implementation phases of business systems. Mikael had Nordic responsibility for several years for developing implementation methods for complex change projects at one of the major international consulting companies.
Mikael has a degree in Small Business Economics from Växjö University as well as a number of method and project management courses from the consulting industry.
