Peter helps organisations plan, structure, and lead business-critical transformation initiatives, often with ERP systems, integrated applications, and digital solutions serving as key enablers. He supports clients throughout all or selected parts of their transformation journey, from defining a well-anchored target vision for the future application landscape and developing a structured roadmap, to conducting pre-studies, requirements analyses, and system procurements, as well as establishing projects, overseeing implementations, managing go-live activities, and facilitating the transition to ongoing operations and support.
He establishes clarity around objectives, responsibilities and decision-making and coordinates business functions, IT teams, vendors and implementation partners. Peter drives planning and follow-up, manages risks and dependencies, facilitates workshops and prepares decision material. He is motivated by achieving customer value, business benefits and agreed expectations and combines a structured and meticulous approach with positivity and strong drive.
Peter has more than 20 years of experience from consulting and line positions. He has worked as a programme and project manager, transformation lead, product manager, business analyst and application management lead. Peter has led national and international enterprise-system projects throughout the full project lifecycle and has experience from banking and insurance, the public sector, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications and energy.
Peter holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in IT Management. His training covers programme and project management, agile ways of working, business analysis, system procurement and enterprise-system implementation. He is also a certified ScrumMaster.
