Viktor has particular expertise in decision support/Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and works with issues relating to financial planning and control, budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and business performance management. With a background in both municipal operations and on the vendor side, Viktor has a good understanding of the interplay between operations, finance and IT. In his assignments, he translates operational needs into requirements and system solutions, and creates structure throughout the change journey, from needs analysis and procurement to implementation and system management.
Viktor has experience on both the customer and vendor sides and has worked with business process improvement, requirements gathering, project management and the implementation of business-critical systems. Viktor has worked on implementing decision support and CPM solutions as well as student records systems, giving him experience of complex system implementations involving numerous business processes and stakeholders. He has previously held roles as project manager and system management lead, and has experience leading implementation projects and cross-functional teams.
Economist with an MSc in Economics from Lund University and a BSc in Economics from Uppsala University, as well as PRINCE2 certified.
