
Charlotte has worked with HR, system support, and process development since 1997 and as a person, Charlotte is professional, knowledgeable, analytical, and business-oriented. Charlotte works on assignments concerning strategy, needs analysis, procurement, and implementation of system support within HR/Payroll, and Outsourcing. She is also an advisor and coach regarding Digital HR transformation (mindset, process, organisational, and competence development)
Charlotte also gives lectures, participates in panel debates and round-table discussions, and leads seminars within HRIT/Digital HR.
Charlotte has alternated between senior and operational roles within the HR field, where organisational and process development as well as strategic leadership have been common themes. She has among other roles been head of the HR Shared Service Centre, HRIT manager, HR manager, Project Manager in industries such as insurance, fashion, construction, and security.
Charlotte also has several years of experience as a manager on the supplier side and has been an independent consultant in HRIT/Digital HR since 2017.
