Lina has eight years of experience in HRIT and People Analytics, where she has worked with system administration, process development, data processing, and analysis. In addition, she has been responsible for several needs analyses and group procurements of both system solutions and services.
Lina has a background as an elite-level football player and values results, perseverance, and collaboration.
Lina has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Science from the University of Gothenburg and has subsequently supplemented it with courses in IT and programming
