Stefan supports organisations across both the private and public sectors in developing and digitalising their HR and payroll functions through efficient processes and fit-for-purpose system solutions. He leads projects throughout the entire journey – from pre-study and HRIT strategy to procurement, system selection and implementation. In his assignments, he also contributes with change management, test management and coordination between HR, Payroll, IT, the business and system vendors.
Stefan has previously held roles within HR, business development and system management, including positions as HR Business Partner, System Specialist and Project Manager. He has experience in mapping and developing processes, procuring and implementing system solutions, as well as working with application management and driving various tech and change initiatives in close collaboration with HR, Payroll, the business and IT.
Stefan has a strong background in hockey and football and places great value on teamwork, clear communication and a strong drive to win.
Stefan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Uppsala University and has complemented his studies with courses in areas such as business administration, labour law and requirements management.
