
Stefan works as a consultant in HR and has experience in change management, business development, administration as well as project management in the consultant role but also as an HR Business Partner with clients in various interim assignments. With his background in HR and his genuine interest in Tech and digitalisation, Stefan is passionate about HR processes & flows and how to optimise them in the best possible way.
Stefan has among other things worked as a labour law advisor, systems specialist in CRM, HR Business Partner as well as project manager where he has led feasibility studies & implementations of HR systems as a complete solution but also for example recruitment systems, digital reference checking systems, etc.
Stefan is also fundamentally a hockey & football guy and values collaboration, clear communication and the will to win very highly.
Stefan has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Studies from Uppsala University and has supplemented it with courses in, among others, economics, labour law and requirements specification.
