
Terhi Benjaminsson has worked with business development, project management of system implementations and integrations, change management, and process development for over 10 years at leading IT system providers within HR/Payroll/finance as a leader and person responsible for training operations. In recent years, Terhi has led implementation and change projects at clients with the aim of digitising Talent and Learning management.
Terhi's experience comes from both the public and private sectors, where her clients are found in various industries, from medium-sized to large organisations. What her clients have in common is that they have needed consultative assistance to streamline and digitalise their processes and implement system support for Learning and Talent management to manage the transition from an analogue way of working to a digital one.
Within HR, Terhi has extensive experience of Learning management in everything from learning methods to calculating ROI, developing business cases, developing service offerings, and implementing system support to planning, ordering, creating and delivering educational content. She has also worked with Performance and Talent management in the role of leader and as a consultant.
Bachelor's degree in Education from the Teacher Training College with a specialisation in personnel administration and the labour market. Terhi has also completed several courses in leadership and economics. In addition to this, she has trained in several LMS systems.
