Terhi is a Senior Advisor in Digital HR and HR Tech, with deep expertise in Learning & Development and Change Management. She guides clients across both the private and public sectors through complex digital transformation initiatives – from strategy and pre-studies to procurement, implementation and organisational change. Terhi also advises clients on learning strategy, learning organisations, and the selection and implementation of learning, skills and competence platforms.
With a background in ERP, business development and organisational development, Terhi has a broad understanding of business-critical processes and systems. She works at the intersection of business, HR and IT, combining business insight with market knowledge, requirements management and change management.
Terhi has extensive experience leading strategic pre-studies, market analyses, procurement processes and implementations within HR Tech, including HR/HCM, payroll, learning and competence management. She has deep expertise in Learning & Development and extensive experience developing learning and skills from strategic, business, pedagogical and technology perspectives.
As a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner, Terhi has extensive experience leading organisational change in complex digital transformation and system implementation initiatives. By combining expertise in learning, business, technology and change, she supports organisations throughout the journey from strategic decisions and new technology to new ways of working, organisational learning and benefits realisation.
Terhi also brings extensive experience from the vendor side, having worked for leading providers of enterprise systems within ERP, HR, payroll, Learning and Talent Management. Her roles have included consulting and system implementation as well as leading and digitalising commercial learning operations with business and people management responsibility.
Terhi is the lead author of HerbertNathan & Co’s market analysis Learning Management Systems in Scandinavia and regularly shares her expertise as a speaker at conferences, seminars and webinars on topics including HR Tech, Learning & Development, learning organisations, innovation and change.
Terhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Stockholm Institute of Education, with a specialisation in personnel administration and the labour market. She is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner and also has extensive training and practical experience in leadership, business development and enterprise systems.
