Panduro offers a comprehensive range for those who want to create with their hands. Everything from interior design, paper crafts and DIY kits to textile decoration, handicrafts, children's crafts and art materials. Panduro wanted to create a modern and cohesive HRIT environment that strengthens managers' and employees' digital experience, with the ambition to minimise the number of systems and gather as much as possible in one place. Through coaching and expert support to a customer-internal project group, a strategy and a procurement were carried out where Panduro received both a clear strategy for its system landscape and a roadmap for the development of processes, user experience and HR organisation.

In this assignment, HerbertNathan & Co acted as expert support and coach for the customer's internal project group in laying the foundation for a future HR system landscape tailored for a Nordic retail organisation.
The work began with a structured current state and needs analysis through interviews and workshops with key stakeholders in HR, business, and IT in the Nordic countries. The purpose was to create a shared and anchored view of current working methods, challenges, and future needs – both from a business and system perspective.
In the next step, a market and decision analysis was carried out. This included inspirational demonstrations of relevant HCM solutions, overarching cost analyses, and a comparative decision analysis. The focus was on identifying a sustainable and scalable system landscape that supports a Nordic retail organisation with demands for efficiency, flexibility, and local adaptation. Once the scope for the HCM system had been defined, a clear roadmap for the next steps was developed. The roadmap included both procurement of the HCM system and further development of selected HR processes, with a clear connection between business goals, processes, and system support.
Throughout the assignment, HerbertNathan & Co acted as close support to the project group – focusing on quality assurance, structure, knowledge transfer and confidence in decision-making. The result led to an internally anchored roadmap for HR and Payroll's continued digitalisation work and a choice of an HCM system that meets the needs of a Nordic retail organisation.
We are very pleased to have enlisted the help of HerbertNathan & Co. Charlotte guided us confidently and professionally throughout the entire process. Investing in system support is a significant and long-term decision, and with the right support, we were able to ask sharper questions, challenge our own assumptions, and learn a lot along the way. The thorough groundwork has given us great confidence in our choice and it creates both peace of mind and self-assurance in the implementation phase.
